Book of Reports

The Book of Reports are printed twice a year and delivered to your dealership. You can review the reports or print additional copies online 24/7. The information contained in these reports is updated as soon as it is entered into the CMS computer system. These reports help your sales team uncovers additional sales opportunities either by searching for trade-in vehicle opportunities or "time to buy" opportunities.
Alpha Last Name Report -- Search customers by last name
Date of Purchase Report -- Search vehicles by date of purchase
Vehicle by Model Report-- Search vehicles by model name
Lease Expiration Report -- Search vehicles by lease expiration

To generate the report for viewing and printing: Select the dealer salesperson from the menu. Then, select the desired report from the menu and click on "Generate Report" to view the report. You can print this report, if desired.
